	Set up: Flyer one is in a head down position This set up is like a 69 without grips
	Common erros: no set up! Flyers still have forward drive going into the move. This causes a lot of unneccessary seperation. Another common mistake is setting up too far away from each other horizontally, vertically or both.
	Starting the trick: The head down flyer (Flyer one) leads this move. Half way through the trick, the lead flyer becomes Flyer two in the head down position. Flyer one fly’s through Flyer two, while Flyer two tucks his knees into his chest doing a front flip following Flyer one until both are in opposite positions.
	Common erros: The biggest misconceptions with this move is that people think of it as downward then forward motion, this is incorrect.Each flyer is going straight through, switching slots. The secondmost common mistake is not tucking the knees into the flyers chest.What this does is expose a lot of surface area to the relative wind causing unnecessary vertical separations
	2nd stage: As you get to your opposite slots, Flyer two now in head down leads the move flying through Flyer one, while Flyer two follows by tucking his knees into his chest and performing a front flip.
